auto boutque maker wont work

Hi Guys having trouble setting up auto boutique maker, done iton my other 2 boxes but when i start download after a little while it says timed out tuner lock, not sure what that means any ideas thanks

That means that the tuner couldn't tune to the desired service. Was there a recording in progress?

Also if you have loop through try disabling that as well.

If you only have one feed, you might as well set tuner b to loopthrough, will give you a few more watching/recording options.
