Plug in server down for maintenance

I keep getting message that feeds are down for maintenance when I log in to install plugins. This has been the case for the last two days.Have just installed VIX version 2.4 Build 96.

ViX 2.4 is now a obsolete image and is no longer updated, nor maintained, eventually the feeds for this image will be deleted all together.

ViX 3.0 is the current image and the feeds are working just fine for me.
