Help in saving and tracking

hi everyone and thanks for reading.
i have the following problems.
1- i lost signal from 25.5E eurobird all the way till 42E turksat. then from 0.8W thor to 40W hispaset.
All other satelite are ok

2- i got a thecnomate solid motorised dish and 1.1 thecnomate solid dish. if i flash my Vu+Duo and reset positioner position to zero would that help?

3- i have a cccam instaled and running how could i save it so to reinstal it after flashing. (sorry if my question may be against rules) unententialy.

Very likely a alighnment problem.
