no power to motorized dish

sry guys if this turns out to be a noob question but i just testin my setup a 80cm motorised dish with a gigablue hd800se and i plugged all wires in and nothing :S led on the motor not on carnt pick up any satellites
all plugs feel tight
plugged into lnb in on back of box

sry guys just did a factory reset an its workin i think :)

I am a noob too mate... I had the same problem... it was one of two things...cable coming lose and sometimes I had to reset the gigablue. I redid the cable and installed vix on it... never had a problem since.
