Setting up Tuners

Hi guys,
I have a VU+ 2 Solo ...Tuner A is set to simple and I am using USALS this is connected to my motorized dish, I have a fixed Sky dish which I want to set on Tuner B so I can view 28.2 East how would the configuration be for that please mate...In simple terms please guys..

Can Swap A and B around but this is how I have mine set up.
