Just wondering how everyone's dishes have been surviving with all the winds we have had over the past while.

Kinda knew mine was going to be a bit funny, when the winds were making the WHOLE house shudder at times. In fact I'm quite surprised that I'm not ordering a replacement dish :smiley_yup:

One really strange things that I've found is that I've completely lost some sats (5, 16, 23, 26 & 36 to 52E), but others (13, 19 & 28E) are limping along with some transponders being fine and other utterly dead.

What's the state with your?

my 3 have been solid, but then all of them are securely fixed with 12 mil rawl bolts, the same ones used to secure my firearms cabinets.

The brackets on the wall aren't the problem, it's the fact that the grips from the motor to the pole have had their teeth ripped off with the wind, plus that the pole has tracks where it moved!

Think it's going to be a major bit surgery to repair this time round. :coffin:

my sky dish is fine but my 1.2 mtr motorised has turned on it's pole, an easy fix except I can't climb ladders at the moment :(
