can any one point me in the right way i deleted my skin by accident while it was still on that skin now its rebooting so far gone to defaulf skin but wont fully boot up just keeps resetting itself and help would be greatfull

What model of dreambox is it? have you just tried reflashing a new image on it? bit more info so we can help
