VU DUO Resetting and Losing Sound

Hi

Every Hour or So my VU Duo (Running on Latest VIX) seems to reset back to channel one and with no volume. This can be while were watching something or when we turn TV on its on channel one with no volume when we'd left it on Sky Sports with Volume fine. Can anyone suggest what could be happening and how to solve this Please???

This happens to me as well, turn the TV on and the box is always on BBC 1 with no volume. :confused:

Is your box crashing and restarting? If so can you post your crash logs please.

I'm not sure what's happening with mine, I've never been watching the TV when this happens so I wouldn't know.

I can't find any logs either.

No it's not crashing, just gives Vix sign spinning in top left corner for few minutes then goes black then BBC1 appears with no sound!

That's what happens when it crashes!

Go to:

Menu->Setup->System->Logs->Settings

The logs location should be /home/root/ unless you changed it.

Now check if you have any crash logs in:

Menu->Setup->System->Logs->Logs Manager

If you have crash logs then attach them here to see what the issue is..
