Is it me or are the tuners in this box weak. I have a gigablue quad and a solo 2. When i try and watch 4.8 viasat fotball or 16 east sport klub the channels are very weak or dont even clear on the solo 2. If i plugin my gigablue quad then they clear without issues.

Just wondered what other solo2 users thoughts of this are. Im running a 1m dish and technomate motor with both boxes.

I'd check your satellites.xml and re-scan.

If you wouldn't mind gravedigger.... could you whip the top off of both receivers and check what make of tuners are used, I'd like to check out the spec,, be interested to know which makes both manufacturers chose. Who knows, they could be the same.

I compared the tuners to the Ultimo's: using the same feeds and the same setup, the number of found channels during a scan is exactly the same.
