hi guys just updated me box and now stuck on blue christmas screen tryed powering off and back on but still the same

if there is not a quick fix how do i use one of my backups, what prog do i need thanks guys wifes gonna kill me

We are aware of this and i was actually rite in the middle of making a general announcement about this update. for now please revert to a previous build and we will keep you informed as and when this has been fixed.

never had to use a backup before can you please let me know how to do it and what prog is needed

you will need to flash the receiver via one of the images on the server here

Then during the setup phase you should see a prompt to restore your settings etc, follow this prompt and you will be setup in a few short minutes.
