vu+ duo trouble with parential lock

Hi can anyone help , im trying to lock some channels on my vu+ duo but each time i go to edit service list it goes to a green screen and restarts

what image are you using. have u set a lock code first or not yet.

sorry dont know what image it is as it was set up for me and yes i set a lock code first b4 i tried

I am sure he is using VTI
I had the same problem thats why i move to AAF
There is some problem with the parential lock that image

i was using the vti and had no problems with it....

click on the blue button, choose image tools and do and update

try the parental lock afterwards.
