hi
im having a problem trying to install autobouquets by lraizer after a flash to build 521
when i go into vix to install the ipk file i jus get a messege saying cannot install *dvbsnoop*
any help with this please

Updated to 521 yesterday and ran last ipk update from the autobouquet thread .... installed and runs OK

does anybody no if this could be a problem because i dont have a dvbsnoop folder
if yes how do i get it
never had this prob before the ipk used to work fine
just when i did a flash to build 521 it no longer wants to install
any help with this is much appricieted

Why not use the new built in autobouquets maker ?

i prefer to use the one by lraizar.gives channel numbers.im using the autobouquets maker at the moment until i can get
the problem sorted.autobouquets is a great plugin
but i cannot see why autobouquets will no longer install
i also tryed to flash to an older build but still got the same problem
very strange as this never happend before
not sure if its a problem with my box
can anyone else tell me if they have this problem

not sure if this is the problem but there is no dvbsnoop file in usr/bin

Why don't you search the forum. There is a thread telling you how to Telnet the installation to you're box.

To install dvbsnoop, telnet to your receiver using putty and enter in the command>> opkg update && opkg install dvbsnoop

tryed via telnt
opkg update && opkg install dvbsnoop. still not working getting this message in putty
server returned error: HTTP/1.1 404 not found

I suggest a fresh flash and start again because I'm running Lraizer no problems and i telnet dvbsnoop. Currently on 521 also.

I'm now using the build in one and it's nice, however I cannot re-order them as I used to be able to do with the plugin. As soon as I re-order them and it updates they all go back to standard layout. Can anyone advise please as do not want to install the old plugin after Andy's hard work.

The OE ABM and UKCVS AB plugins will work together side by side without interfering with each other. They won't disrupt other bouquets either. The OE version is very very fast.

I missed the quote. The OE ABM is great if you want a simple, automatic update - you literally get a very rigid defined Bouquet structure, that is fast (but I am asleep when they are run) and not supported by any of the Bouquet editors.
I have both 28.2E and 19.2E (German) bouquets and the Lraizer UKCVS AB provides me with a automated 28.2E update to my defined sequenced (19.2E, 28.2E) bouquets, and allows the use of the usual Bouquet Editors.
Both have their good points in their different environments.
