View Full Version : PC tool for transcoding .TS recordings (like TVerSity)

Hello all,

I am looking for a tool that I can use to transcode the recordings on my Vu+ Duo's hard drive and stream them across the internet to my mobile devices in a suitably low bandwidth streaming format. I've tried TVersity, but it appears to be incapable of dealing with files on a networked drive (as my Vu+ shows up as a network share on my PC).

does anyone know of a tool that does work?

TimmyTV, needs VLC to server side.

Good call! I will check it out.

Not sure if VLC will come with the HD .ts files but worth a try
