Did you install the correct version of cccam? Soft cams can be found here:

Rich used 2.2.1 from the download link on many builds and never a problem before. Actual cccam works okay only with one cfg file but fails if multiple cfg are toggled

I'm on 521 on 2 boxes, both running CCCAM 2.2.1..... And both run spot on, no problems what so ever.

I'm also on 521 with no issues. I would try a vanilla 521 image and see if that gives you issues. Perhaps there is a plugin causing the issue after you update your working build?

CCcam 2.2.1 works fine using only on cccam.cfg file

if you have multiple cfg files ie. cccam_0.cfg cccam_1.cfg, it does not work. process below explains how to set up multiple cccam.

"use cccam info you have to make a file like this name it CCcam_0.cfg you can add i think up to four and you would name the next one CCcam_1.cfg and so on just ftp to var/etc put a line in CCcam_0.cfg and then put another line in CCcam_1.cfg and then when you hit the blue button just press 1 for cccam info scroll down to switch config and you can then switch between lines press activate and thats it "

When you try to do the latter activation the system crashes, no matter what version of cccam. However tried reflash with stable version and no problems whatsoever.

googled this and look at forums seems a problem on the switch config on the cccam.info plugin with the vix image
