Problem with glitching during playback from hard drive

Hi, I've recently noticed glitching during playback of recorded programmes from the hard drive of my Duo.

The problem doesn't happen when I watch the programmes live and if I rewind the part of the recorded programme which has glitched and replay it, the glitching disappears.

Any suggested causes / solutions would be gratefully received.

I too have had this on my Ultimo when I was using VIX3.0 4....hundred releases ! since updating to the 5...s it seems to of cleared up for me ? maybe try updating to the latest build (if you are on a lower 1) also i have re-flashed via USB stick to the latest build so this may have helped as well.
