How can i edit the skins

Can you tell me please how can i edit a skin (DMConcinnity-HD) with e2skinner or another way?
Specifically:
In the plugin browser menu i want to enlarge the text which explains each plugin?

As an example:

RSS Reader
Read RSS feeds

I want to enlarge the text "Read RSS feeds"
Also is it possible to add a picture in screen and how?
