gigablue no sound on Meo portugal

hello folks,
i am having problem with gigablue as there is no sound on all the meo channels on 30W.
tv cabo is ok with sound but i am wondering if this isn't a drivers problem with meo aac audio encoding
i had vix image on but was having this problem so i flashed the italysat image and still having the same problem
has anyone else experience this kind of issue

there are some spanish channels too that have not any sound:
tv3 and tve-hd-pruebas.
