when i exit my recordings i get a blackscreen with no video just audio. i have to change channels to fix it. does this happen to anybody else.

im using vix 3.0 image.

I got 2 quads.. and have never seen this issue..

Are your image completely up to date.. ?

could picons of caused this as i have just done a software update and its removed my picons and fixed this

I've had it happen once or twice. I've also had it the odd time from exiting the EPG without changing channel.

my Ultimo does do this but it is only black for around 1 second before it comes back on , I do not have to change channel to fix it on mine..

it doedsent happen all the time but when i get it just leaving it doesent fix it but it doesent bother me anyway i was just curious incase it could of been a bug.
