To all ViX users, please be advised that there is currently an issue using IMDB plugin on all supported receivers. Accessing IMDB plugin will cause you to get busy spinners for a long period of time, you may end up needing to reboot your receivers. Until further notice best not to use.

This is out of our control and we are awaiting a fix from the plugin author.

No, it's hit & miss.

IMDB still not working for me (IMDB query failed). I'm running VIX version 3.0 Kernel 3.1.1.
Am I missing something? Thanks

Which exact image build as this bug was fixed weeks ago.

To find the build number Menu> Information> About.

Thats why then, Build 339 is now a very old image, the image is now almost into the 600's. I would suggest you update to a newer build ( dont use the online update because updating through all that many fixes etc may cause problems. make a settings backup then reflash and restore that backup.

To create the backup. Blue button> ViX> Backup manager.

To get the image it self to flash to the box.

I can confirm it was working a few days ago, seems to break at the drop of a hat lately ( wonder of it's intentional on IMDB's part ).

Build 589, was working on a previous build I tried, but not sure whether it was the build or whether something is broken IMDb end.

nope its there and working fine for me on build 626, click the red button twice while on live tv.

because its a integrated plugin not a removable one as its tied so deep into the image.
