Press Menu > Settings > Service searching > Tuner configuration. Something like that, cant remember the exact path right now, having a busy day. Basically check your tuner configuration.

Download image Vti,Pli or original .
1. Format your memory Usb stick on your PC FAT32.
2. Create a directory called vuplus.
3. Within the the vuplus directory create another folder called duo.
4. Unzip the USB upgrade files into that directory.
5. Power off your VU+ Duo.
6. Insert memory stick into front USB slot.
7. Power on your VU+ Duo and follow the on screen instructions on your STB

Read here and look at the screenshot's http://www.vuplus-support.co.uk/vu-duo-discussion/basic-newbie-setup-procedure-for-vu-duo-for-dummies/

To check the configuration select tuner A, then press left/right buttons to change the fields. Look at the screenshot that says fixed dish.
