Crossepg help

Hi to all
Having problems getting my crossepg to populate followed the guides but its don't seem to be working for me , I have a xtrend and it works perfect and I have set it up just the same , but I must be missing something after it finishes parsing about 13meg comes up after the music stops and says tuner config problem can't find service then blank screen, then when I choose a channel the free to air seems populated but non of the others.

Update

got it sorted by using the sticky how to setup cross epg with vix followed till the part where it says go into opentv and tick skyuk unticked them and went into xepgdb providers and ticked the 2 uk ones close to the bottom saved and exit then blue then download epg and now got full population for 28e hope this helps if anyone else is having the same problem as me
