can anyone recomend a good sender?

ok i have sky+ box upstairs but the mrs wants a tv in her new kitchen(she should have said before i put new ceiling up )now i dont want to hack new ceiling to bits,and i dont want to run cables all over the place, is there something i can use either wireless or video sender i can use, and will it be possible to control the sky+box?

i went and bought ones from maplin , by the way they work very good too now that i have them ,i was wondering can you buy ones which allow you to watch one channel and change it with a remote while the the source one is watching a differnet channel ,?? was wondering if i could use it on me vu+duo ??
