I have an eSATA drive and at random it drops connection (it's mount)
Very annoying when watching a movie.
If I connect the same eSATA drive with a USB cable (the drive supports both eSATA and USB) it is perfect
When connected to the PC with eSATA it is perfect too.
I used to use the eSATA drive as the primary HDD on the Quad but I'm now using a 2.5" internal.
When I go to mount manager the drive has disapered  but returns on a reboot.
No crash log is generated.
