Doing a manual channel scan on vu duo

hi all id just like to ask when a frequency changes on a channel and i cant get no more till there is a latest channel list is it possible to do a manual scan of my box to get the channels back

bit of a noob question i no but i have to ask as i lose channels quite a lot

Well.. No1.. You should not be loosing channels any more than anyone else..

If you dont like waiting the 2-3 days for a bouqets update.. You could always try the bouquet updater..

Dor you could download the one made by AndyBlac from the Vix feeds.. if your using the Vix image..

Long Blue > Green > Extentions

help required ? i have lost a channel - service not found in pat - i have tried rescan - new bouquet via dbe - single transponder search and looked for andyblac extension which i cannot find - any other ideas would be welcom as i am a newbe

If you talking about ABM..

You will find it in :

Menu > Set Up > Service Searching > AutoBouquetMaker
