Recently I bought a Vu+Duo receiver in the Netherlands and installed it in Thailand where I live. It is running on the latest Pli software. I have two dishes with DiSCq but for testing the receiver I only connected one dish to receive the Thaicom 2/5 Ku band. The satelite configuration is advance, where I have set to the Thaicom satellite, manual LNB settings, LOF/L: 11300, LOF/H:11300, Trh.:12000
On automatic scan I receive 309 services, on Satellite find I get hardly any signal and no lock.
When I try to view the channels, the signal info reads 0-25% and I get the message: pls. check your tuner settings.
As reference I have a DS500 on which I receive and can watch these channels with same sat. and LNB settings. Also I receive the same channels on an older receiver.
I have tried many things but I am at the end of my ideas.Also I have read many threads in this forum but could not find any solution or suggestion that would help me out.
Any suggestion will be warmly welcomed.
