Best picture quality box

I'm looking for a box for around the price of £150 with the best standard definition upscaling picture quality. I currently have a skybox m3 and although the hd quality is good, the sd picture is terrible, so I was looking at the blade 7000 after reading the positive reviews on its picture quality but then decided to leave it after finding out that it wasn't an enigma2 os. Currently looking at either of these, giga blue 800 se, vu solo and the new xp1000 if anyone has any opinions. My main concern is the picture quality and that it is an enigma2 based unit.

Can't speak for the giga blue 800 se or the xp1000 as I don't have them.
The PQ on the Solo is excellent, sure users with the other 2 will jump in soon with opinions on them.

I've had a Skybox F3 and upgraded to a GigaBlue SE and I find it's a cracking box for the price. Picture quality is much better but it's a simple case of you get what you pay for :)
