Hi all..

I have not changed anything in the lat few days.. so cant understand whats going on..
Any ideas or suggestions.. ??

Take it you have re-booted etc..?
Have you got picons installed on the HDD?
As Sic says, have you rebooted the machine?! Which image you using?! VIX or another? Do you have usb stick or hdd connected?! If so, what do you use them for?

Try removing the picons, re-boot and try again.

Well.. Removing the picons cured the problem.. No hassles now..
Except the wife will be asking.. " Where did all the wee pictures go.. " .. lol
Will this be fixed in the next release guys.. ??

Its not a bug, its your HDD starting up causing the slowdown. Use a USB stick for your Picons ;)

or turn on permanent timershift if your using VIX, then HDD does not spin down

Or, in the menu settings for hdd, you can set standby to 0, which means it never goes to sleep...
