need urgent help please

Dear Masters

I have let my et9000 be upgraded to latest image using online update . It took very long time and seemed strange for me. I powered it off from behind and after switching on , the stb does not work. On the panel it shows ET9X00 and nothing else. I have tried to upgrade via usb but nothing happened . Also trying to use the bootloader via usb didn't help me since it doesn't let me to use the usb for those purposes. I think the stb need to be flashed . would you please help me what to do to solve my problem ?

Of course it's never a good idea to pull the plug during an upgrade. Especially when you have picons installed, an update can take over 15 minutes.
Best you can do is flash the box.

With online update! BUG.
After update stops my Box today on (booting) blue VIX Background.
