TM9100s UR-18 firmware plugin/add on link ?

Is there an updated blue button url for downloading plugins, add on`s etc......... as the one in this image does not seem to work anymore ? If so where do i install it so it appears on the receiver menu ?

I doubt that there is such a thing as "extra url" for this image any longer, I know that Nemisis had such a thing for the E1 images, but it would,nt work with the UR 18 image

the 9100 is a very old unit, and not well surported any longer
