Vu+ duo epg troubles

Evening all, since i updated the VIX fw onto my duo my epg hasnt worked apart from on the free channels. ive just spent 4 1/2 hours trying different things i read online and reflashing it etc

can someone please help its driving me MAD.....

Can you post a screen shot of your epg settings please, also what sats are you using?

how do i do a screen shot of the tv mate? im new to this stuff only had the duo a few weeks
