Wiireless adapter/usb dongle

I have 2 satellite boxes up stairs a Blade media 70000hd a Xtrend et5000 and I was wondering if there a wireless adapter/usb dongle I can get that will work on both of them so I can get rid of these 2 big wires that I have to have around the house
