Vix 3.0 298 randomly activates tv guide

Hi all I have noticed for the past few weeks that when watching tv that the tv guide just randomly appears even though I have not pressed any buttons. sometimes when I press exit the system will just shut down. Just wondering if anyone else has experienced this and what they have done to resolve the issue.

Never had this issue, is there a button stuck on your remote? or have you tried using new batteries?

Why not update your Duo to the latest Vix 3.0 . 405

A little update usually cures all little niggles like you are experiencing..

In that case, I'd do as Mr. Mister suggests, download the latest version for your box here:

Then report if you still have the same issue, would help us in finding the cause.

Hi - I also am experiencing the same issue. Whilst watching a program the channel selection list randomly appears which i have to exit to continue watching tv. Its a new original vu+ duo and i installed Vix image 3.0 build 356. Am curious to hear if upgrading to latest release will help fix this.

Hi All, same problem here. Not sure on the version that I am currently running, but it is version 3. Have done the software update to see that fixes the problem, but I have had time to check yet.
Will confirm later what version I am running.

Same issue running version 2 so i think that discounts a version issue
