Vu+ duo plugins

Hey guys i need some help with plugins on my VU+ DUO, i have it setup working fine but i cant seem to work out how the hell you get plugins to work. can someone help me plz.

im after a web browser, you tube and the ont to copy from my flash onto my hdd
