Online Update and new Images

I would like to know if there is a difference between using the online update function every now and then and flashing a new image from the OpenViX Downloads page.

Are all updates found in the new Images also in the online updater? Or should I sometimes upgrade to a newer Image?

updating from the online updater includes all the updates same as a full fresh flash, however like all software continually updating a system ontop of a existing setup can cause a few problems, it's a good idea to once in a while do a full fresh flash then restore your settings backup just to keep things clean.
