HDMI issues help please

Hi all
Pleas can you help I have a Gigablue hd 800 se box with an annoying issue when I turn my tv on it says no signal and I have to restart my box every time to recognize the HDMI connection any ideas would be appreciated

No I am going via a sound system but the problem is still the same when use HDMI straight to the tv.

do you have another HDMI cable to try ?

Yes tried 3 different HDMI cables and both ports on the tv

Sorry to post on the wrong section but I don't have a clue how to use this forum

Menu> Setup> System> HDMI CEC> check if this is turned on or off and change accordingly.

hDMI CEC was not ticked so I ticked it and no change.
