At this moment in time no, however Vu+ are expected to release a dual DVB-S/S2 tuner card for this very purpose soon.
That will likely happen after the launch of their solo2 and duo2 models expected within the coming months.

Hi,
if you are in a hurry and DVB-S2 USB tuner from sundtek might be a solution. The dual tuner card will be the better solution though.
