mgcamd keeps needing a restart

hi to all, got a problem with mgcamd 135 and 138
i keep haveing to restart mgcamd to get it to work. it works fine for a bit then needs a restart to get it going again
never had this prob before not sure if its a build issue
im using vix 3.0 build 381
