CCcam.cfg Issue

Hi everyone. Cool site, which has almost got me up and running...........apart from CCcam.cfg file!! First post, so go easy on me:rolleyes:

VU+ Duo, running VIX image, have installed CCcam2.1.3 via the menu , but did not have a CCcam.cfg file in vars/etc. So i created one with notepad with 1 line. The Cline, and ftp it to /etc. Is this the correct thing to do?

I can see the server from my cline in MENU/SETUP/SOFTCAM-CI/ECM INFO/SERVERS. But i don't think i am connected to it. Can anyone advise/help with this please? The hours i have been messing around with it are turning into days and mrs Norbert is waiting for the bedroom to be decorated!!
