View Full Version : Webmedia 9.1 crashing?

Webmedia crashes everytime I use my usb keyboard to type in a search in the imbedded mytube plugin. Is there a problem with using the keyboard to perform a search?
Keyboard works fine with a1 plugin. Have tried uninstall and fresh install thru vix feeds and still crashes. Would really like mytube to work with the keyboard. Help. Using latest vix image.

Hi,
the same happened to me when I tried to search with the normal RC so the plugin is not 100% compatible I think.

"NameError: global name 'getPrevAsciiCode' is not defined" is the problem.

Andy made a fix for this: please see if it works.
Unzip the attached file to /usr/lib/enigma2/python/Plugins/Extensions/WebMedia (make a backup of the existing file to be sure) and reboot Web-Media.
