Is it me or the DE softcam server is not online too?

I installed the ipk and when I go to the management and push the restore it stays ther for about 10 min then it says no connection !

so does it means dream elite wont support vuplus ? or it means dream elite is over for all and we should stick to other images ?

yes...dream elite have gone lock stock and barrel, on all linux units

there are other images, some I have not tried

VIX image (written by the guys here) my personal chioce
VTi image, also very good
PLi not sure, but plenty here love it
Persian HD image, not tried by myself

i do recommend VIX image as well

and to add to baz list, there is

AAF image
Gigant image

all these can be found in the download section for the duo

The server DE is Since yesterday online.

There is everything except the emus that you can unload with the method in sticky.

Really? I keep getting "Sorry, connection failed" from my green-yelow panel. Am I doing anything wrong?

Eheh.... quite right mate ... changed ADSL provider 2 days ago, turns out DNS server was in old provider's private network. I had changed the DNS entry int he VU+, but omitted to restart, so the box was trying to contact the old DNS on the new ADSL connection. Solved now with a restart.
BTW... is the DTT tuners panel working? I don't have the nerve to try, I am afraid to discover that just getting to the panel will disable my present driver and then I am left stuck there with nothing to install. Probably not, but ... better safe than sorry.

but they said they dont support the VU+ SO MAYBE NO OLD stuff will be put online for the VU models

I`ve just reloaded my dream-elite image and found that the old server is back.Everything is there for download,except cams.So now I have my DE image back to the way I had it.I`m one happy bunny today.

ttt...pls can you guide me thru how to manually download working cccam plus config file unto my box....I want to reload DE but I am afraid as I dont know how to manually load CCcam post loading new DE.
