PLI unstable images upates

What is the difference between updates and is it worth reflashing every time for that bit extra

you do not need to reflash each time

put the image on from this site shown as stable and then update from using remote control vis software management function..
you can update every day

I update via the setup menu most nights, no need to reflash.... UNLESS, PLi change/update the kernal.
