Build 370 crash in list settings

Reset my box up yesterday from fresh to build 370,

Pressed the list button on the remote, pressed menu and went to settings and the box crashed and restarted.

Reading your crashlog I see a problem that was fixed quite some time ago. Maybe it's a good time to flash your box (and using a settingsbackup you'll be fine within 10 minutes).

Correct, that's what the log says.
But as I said, the error that showed has been solved some time ago. On doing update on update on update there's a slight possibility that an error remains in place, hence my suggestion to flash.

but if it was a one-off, there's no need to do anything at all.

as rob suggested continual updates of any form of software have the possibility of over time becoming unstable or old bugs re-appearing. it's a good idea to once in a while do a full fresh flash or at the very least a re-flash then restore a settings backup. This way you have a clean start again without update upon update potentially creating issues that are not present in a clean flash.
