think you need to reimage the unit, how old is it, and when was it last updated?

you might need to load the latest bootloader,

Just flashed mine as I had a hanging problem for the first time. I re read in the bootloader and image and the reciever's now 100% ok.. Mabe you should also reflash from new and setup accordingly, it should work.

yes the unit will be totally clean, all settings etc will be lost

but you might be able to ftp into the unit to retreave any files you might need

but if you put on the latest bootloader,...this might fix your unit, and it will be as it was..if this is the case...get copies of you soft cam configs saved to computer

one other thing to try,...is leave the unit switch off for say 10 minutes, then try and boot it up again

very easy, but here, we would recomend VIX 3...but thats up to you, as to which image you use

the first thing to do is update the boot loader..if thats what you want to do, I will post links for you

Have you done anything like tried adding/changing skin? might be looping, Cause it don't like the skin...

If you can telnet in to box, issue init 4 command, and then type enigma2, it will run e2 and give you all debug logs before crashing. Alternat9vely, uplad one of the logs from the green screen, and we can try and help you more with why it's crashing...

20228 here the green screen log

Screenie shows a segfault: unfortunately that doesn't help in finding the problem.
It might be due to a memory problem: can you enable a SWAP-file and see how that goes?

To be honest if i were you i would cut my losses with the existing image, FTP into the box and retrieve any files you need such as Cam config files, then re-flash either the same image or another.

The message 'Killed' implies a severe memory problem.
