which is the best epg source for astra 28 east, when i try yo download a file it either freezes my box straight away, or a couple of minites later.

any ideas

I use cross epg works a treat:)

Use cross epg and save to USB. If you're using a vu+duo you're best off making a swap file also as it has low memory problems which can cause freezing and boot problems.
