AutoBouquet E2 28.2E by LraiZer plugin which is nothing less than amazing! Downloads regional channels every night to keep them bang up to date

Is there a feature on vix 3 where you can get it to skip empty channels?

Yes, in the plugin options set the "Use Pli Placeholders" setting to yes
