pip setup

i was told to set up pip to do the following

press pip, then hold blue to a menu come up then green

when i press blue (hold) my plugins show up, no option for pip on 2.4

When PiP is active, use short blue to bring up the extension menu. Long blue will always bring up the plugin browser.
