vu always loading (not working)

Hi all, im experiencing a problem with my duo, I've loaded on vix 3.0 (happens with all versions, even latest) and then put on the sgtflipflop list via the dreambox edit, and every time i go to use the box it just loads all the time with the little VIX turning logo, it stops loading after about 40-50 seconds then you go to move category again and it starts loading again, this used to work perfectly but for some reason this is now happening, anyone help me out here? Thanks in advance.

Never mind, it was the piccons that were causing it, loaded the piccons to the internal flash instead of the hdd and its sorted.

Flash is the very best location for picons (and HDD is the worst).

That explains that then, it has been pointed out many times that using Picons from a HDD caused the HDD to spin up on every channel change, which in turn can increase zap times as much as 4 to 5 seconds or more per channel change.
