RemoteStreamConvert
is this compatible with tm9100 so it could stream from the duo or is there an enigma 1 version to put in the tm9100

The clientbox needs to be able to understand URL-streams. Enigma1 for sure doesn't; enigma2 does, if it's a PLi-based image like ViX.
