audio problem with vu duo

having a audio problem with my vu duo
every time first watch a channel my audio is set to mpeg Narration
so every time i have to change it to ac3 english
is there a way to set it to this for every channel

done this Menu>setup>system>av settings>digital downmix= yes

here is what it comes up as once i flick back to channel after changing audio to ac3

Go to menu -> setup -> system -> auto language, and choose ac3 as default, and not use stored audio (can't remember exact names). This will always choose the ac3 track when available...
