MyTube Player & Images

Hey there, I'm a new person here at Vu+ Support, and I have a few questions I wanted to ask you helpful people;

1. Is there any way for me to fix my MyTube player? It shows "Fetching feed entities" but never actually 'fetches' them, I basically can't watch any videos.

2. If I install a new image on my Vu Duo using USB, will my channels be removed? Plus, I'm all confused on which type of image to get >.<

I really appreciate any help you guys give me but as I am new please try make it newuser-friendly and if I have any more problems I'll be sure to ask for your help.

Try the new VIX image works without the need to mess around with fixes.

Thanks for the help, but I was wondering if I will be able to install via USB and which file to downlad (.nfi or the contents of the zip file)?
